  1. Hello, I have a project where I created a 3D scene of trackers in near shading. The height of the placed trackers is 1.5m and it is seen in the list of management tools, but in the near shading, the trackers appear to have different heights in Z-Y plane. What could be the problem!?
  2. Thank you Mohammed. I have sent the zipped file of the project via the provided email. I look forward to hearing from you. Regards, Claire.
  3. Yes, it is true. My tilt angle is 0 degrees since my field type is Tracking, horizontal N-S and has Azimuth of 0 degrees too. This is not the first time simulating with this orientation, but it is the first time I am getting a 0% percent on Global Inc. in coll. plane. I looked into it and found out that maybe the transposition model may contribute, but my transposition is on Hay Model and the meteo file is PVGIS.TMY. And the problem persists. I have attached my orientation board just incase.
  4. Why is the global incident in coll. plane percent in my loss diagram results after simulation +0.0% with no value?
