[PLoL not in line with missing energy or E_Load - Stand alone project]

Good day,

I'm having a hard time understanding the probability of "loss of load". 

I have a PV+battery stand alone project. I've seen that even when the loads>generation, the PLol is 0%. 

However, if I table the missing energy, there is some. How can I connect the missing energy to a loss of load event?

[Bifacial Simulation and Effective irradiance on the rear side]

Hi,

I am simulating bifacial production using the latest PVsyst version.

Seeing the results, I am wondering if there's any kind of validation on the results given by the model?

PVsyst consistently reports irradiance gains of 3 to 6% on the rear side of fixed systems (20-30% albedo). I have find that this is not congruent with the measured data I have read in different empirical studies:

[Transposition Factor for N-S tracker tilt=0 (Inside Tools menu)]

Hi

I am trying to get the transposition factor for a N-S axis Tilt=0, without having to make a complete simulation.

This search led me to the transposition factors tool, which gives you these factors not only for fixed tilt, but also for tracking planes.

Unfortunately, the tracking planes showed are tilted ones (Tilt = Lat and Tilt = lat-10º).

Is there a way of obtaining easily this factor for an N-S tracker tilt=0 for different sites?
