I have been evaluating PVsyst version 7 for use. When running some projects that were created in PVsyst 6.X in PVsyst 7.0.2, I noticed that the far shadings losses calculated by PVsyst 7.0.2 are considerably higher than (change from 0.2-0.3% to 1-2%) PVsyst 6.X. Is there a reason for this? Was there a change made to the far shading algorithm? Has any field validation been completed for the far shading algorithm?
