in thin film technology the angular behaviour can be optimized to different angles than 0°. However the IAM definition takes only values under 1. The value at 0° should by definition of STC be 1, so a technology which has an angle optimisation at for example 30° can therefore not be reflected properly.
IAM example:
inc. angle IAM
0 0,97
30 1,00
40 0,98
50 0,93
60 0,85
90 0,00
Is it clear what I mean? How can I implement an IAM with the values of 1 at 0° and an optimisation at higher degrees?

Dear all,
in thin film technology the angular behaviour can be optimized to different angles than 0°. However the IAM definition takes only values under 1. The value at 0° should by definition of STC be 1, so a technology which has an angle optimisation at for example 30° can therefore not be reflected properly.

inc. angle IAM
0 0,97
30 1,00
40 0,98
50 0,93
60 0,85
90 0,00
Is it clear what I mean? How can I implement an IAM with the values of 1 at 0° and an optimisation at higher degrees?
Best regards,
