Cursor drag issue when in near shading global scene

Whenever I "ok" out of Global Scene> Construction perspective>Collector field: tracking array screen, the cursor repeats and drags across the screen as shown in the attached jpg.

This arises sometimes (rarely), but this doesn't prevent working with the 3D editor...
