choi jong geun Posted October 23, 2015 Share Posted October 23, 2015 I was upgraded operating system to windows 10(in the past, it was windows 7)After the upgrade, License Activation problem occurred.The problem is as follows.Direct online activation -> Activation failed, computer identification failed, please contact PVsyst SA.I would like to know the solution. André Mermoud Posted November 8, 2015 Share Posted November 8, 2015 [EDIT]With recent versions of PVsyst you should be able to use your licence the same way.You may just need to synchronize it through the menu "Licence -> Status and activation" after your upgrade.
