License Activation Problem(windows10)

I was upgraded operating system to windows 10(in the past, it was windows 7)

After the upgrade, License Activation problem occurred.

The problem is as follows.

Direct online activation -> Activation failed, computer identification failed, please contact PVsyst SA.

I would like to know the solution. Please

With recent versions of PVsyst you should be able to use your licence the same way.

You may just need to synchronize it through the menu "Licence -> Status and activation" after your upgrade.
