how to model 2 MPPT with shared DC side and with different strings

Hello,

I like to know in PVsyst how to model an inverter with 2 MPPT. One MPPT has (5) strings and one MPPT has (4) string. And two MPPTs have a shared (not independent) DC side. see attached figure.

thanks.

Then I believe you would just choose to have 9 string inputs, which PVsyst would automatically distribute between the two inputs. See the highlighted portions of the attached image. Hope that helps!

The solution proposed by Jen H is quite correct.

You could also define 2 sub-arrays, each with one MPPT input: one with 5 strings and one with 4 strings.

This would be the solution if you defined groups of strings with a different number number of modules in series.
