jamesparkSF Posted April 2, 2015 Posted April 2, 2015 Upon updating to V6.35, simulating an N-S one axis tracker, 0 tilt and 0 azimuth are specified however upon the output report, it seems to be showing a 30 degree tilt or a 30 degree azimuth in error. Is this affecting the calculation as well or is this just a display error?
André Mermoud Posted April 3, 2015 Posted April 3, 2015 I can't understand that. Please check your affirmation. And if the "error" persists, please give a full explanation of what you did or are doing, where the error appears, and join a screenshot.
jamesparkSF Posted April 3, 2015 Author Posted April 3, 2015 I have included images taken of (2) simulations. The tilt or azimuth seem to automatically specify 30 degrees on the report however there doesn't seem to be a difference in the calculated produced energy, specific production, or performance ratio. There also isn't a field to modify those values. I suspect this is only a display bug in the new 6.35 update and does not affect the calculations?
André Mermoud Posted April 7, 2015 Posted April 7, 2015 OK. This line "Orientation #1" is irrelevant, and should not appear on the report. This is indeed a mistake. I will correct this for the next version 6.36.
