jammyc Posted May 2, 2014 Posted May 2, 2014 Hi,It would be really useful for risk-based studies to run batch mode on randomly generated parameters. For example, the unavailability loss can be randomly generated once, after which it can be fixed and repeated (which is a good thing), but if it could also be regenerated randomly for each of, say, 100 runs, one would be able to have a better understanding of the risk that outages would be at a signficant time. Thanks,James
André Mermoud Posted May 9, 2014 Posted May 9, 2014 This is indeed a very special case, probably the only one implying a random parameter. We have to allow some new parameters to be varied in the batch mode. We will think about that.
