About Interactive map not working

I tried to use the interactive map, but the map is not activated. What is the solution?

Hello, 

 

Can you tell me what version of PVsyst you are using ?

 

As a workaround for site creation you can still use OpenStreetMap, option is available in Options> Preferences > Running.
