Cant update from 6.12 to 6.19

Hi All,

I'd like to update PVsyst from V6.12 to the most actuall Version. The Programm offers only 6.1.9 for update, then the file is downloaded it can't be installed. The premium support will expire on 15th April 2014.

The 6.1.9 version is indeed the 6.19.

I don't know why you cannot install it. Please explain what happens.

Download via button -->Installation: The Welcome Screen shows up, next Screen is: "Change, repair or remove Installation". Only possible option is to remove the Installation.

It looks like the 6.1.9 is already installed. Could you check if the directory "C:\Program Files (x86)\PVsyst6.1.9" exists please ?
