Economic evaluation of a project does not calculate IRR.

Hello everyone,

I try to make an economic evaluation of a PV+Batteries project. Above is the results that i get. I want to calculate the IRR but it does not seem to do so. Anyone who can help me troubleshoot this issue and have the IRR shown correctly?

You are kindly requested to export (main menu File>Export project) and send your project to support@pvsyst.com so that we may investigate the IRR calculation issue in your economic evaluation.

I have forwarded the project to support@pvsyst.com.

I have noticed, that when i use own funds as the source of finance, the IRR is calculated correctly. However, when i use 100% loan for the finance of the project, the IRR is 0%.
