Geographical site parameters PROBLEM

Hello

Today all day long I have problems with new projects.

When I try to add new geographical site parameters PVsyst gets stuck and dose not respond. it says " Map is not available, please check your internet connection. But it is ok with my internet. Please help.

Dear Nikoloz,

PVsyst is using a third-party web service to provide the interactive map:

    www.openstreetmap.org

But since this morning, this service is either not responding or responding very slowly. Until now, we have not received information about when it will come back to normal operation.

In the meantime, you can still create new sites by entering manually the geographical coordinates collected using another map service like googlemap or bingmap and following the procedure described in the following video:
