Adding a tracking SmartFlower to a fixed system.

Is there anyways I can add a tracking array to simulate a Smart Flower to a mostly fixed system?

Not in version 7, trackers are not compatible with fixed orientations. You need to simulate them separately.
In future version 8, this will however indeed be possible.
