PVSyst freezes before starting a batch simulation

Good afternoon, I am currently using  PVsyst Version 7.4 and after the update, I have a problem when I try to start a batch simulation. PVSyst freezes before starting the batch simulation (see attached screenshot). After clicking the button OK, there is no response of the programme. Also there is no indication of failure or any kind of notification. Can you maybe support me on this please?Thanks a lot in advance

In order to help us to try to reproduce it, please email us your batch CSV file and the files related to your project at our support address:

 

    support@pvsyst.com

 

Note that you can easily export them in a ZIP file using Pvsyst menu <Files> <Export projects>.
