How to verify a null Diode quality factor mu_gamma (dependency on temperature) ?

I would like to kindly ask you how it could be possible to verify the real value (I suppose the showed value is an approximation) behind a mu_gamma showed as null on pvyst 7.2 ? See the example below for the Sunmodule moduie:

You can save the module as a pan file and open it with a text editor. One line corresponds to muGamma. There should be one more decimal there.
