您好，请问为什么我们单二极管模型中的 Rs 和 Rsh 不使用制造商提供的 PAN 文件中的值，而是使用我们自己的模型来计算结果。另外，您能告诉我单二极管模型的相关计算数据和参考吗？谢谢！
