Mara Posted February 7, 2023 Posted February 7, 2023 Hey, I am trying to simulate a project with bifacial modules facing either 0° or 8° south (azimuths 0° and 8°). Unfortunately, PV Syst tells me, that it cannot simulate such a project. How can I run a simulation to best reflect the project's PR? Increase the tolerance in the orientation management tool to 8° so that all modules are groupes as one orientation OR actually split the project and handle them as two projects with Project 1 (including modules with Azimuth 0) and Project 2 (including modules with Azimuth 8)? Best, Mara
Michele Oliosi Posted February 7, 2023 Posted February 7, 2023 The most accurate is the second option. However if the system is too intricate to split into two (e.g. two orientations on the same inverter), I would suggest to group all modules as one orientation.
