Allow Additional Decimal Place for Non-integer Imported Data Time Shift

Would like the option to time shift imported data by, e.g., 2.5-min. (or 7.5-min., etc.). Presently, it appears PVsyst only allows imported data time shifts in integer intervals (increments).

That would be difficult to implement at the moment. Can you give a bit more context about why (and the importance of) you would need the feature ? ? This is just to set that properly priority-wise. Thanks !
