PVsyst very slow in site file definition

I am using PVsyst version 7 in a new computer (16 GB RAM and a i5 PRO) but I have never built a PV plant on it because everytime I try to create a new project the software is completely unusable. When I try to define the site characteristics (coordinates, country, meteo database) the software is not usable anymore. I don’t know what to do to solve this bug, once I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the software.

Please make sure that your computer and PVsyst are able to access the different URLs listed in this post : https://forum.pvsyst.com/topic/2524-web-services-for-all-pvsyst-functionalities

From the error message, it seems like PVsyst can't load the map because it can't reach the server.
