Monthly and hourly output file differences (TArray, TArrWtd)

In order to calculate a temperature-corrected PR, a simulated module temperature needs to be identified as a reference to the measured module temperature.

When simulating the hourly output file, TArray and TArrWtd have exactly the same hourly value.

When simulating the monthly output file, TArray and TArrWtd have different values. However, the monthly values stand in no relation with the hourly values.
