Global variability (meteo + system) parameter variation

Hello,

I had run a PVsyst report with JA solar, Renewsys and with Sunrise panel, When i checked for the P90, P95 values the Global Variability factor considered was 1.9% for JA solar and Renewsys simulation. In the simulation of Sunrise solar panel the Variability factor is 5%.

I loss parameters considered are same for all the modules. I wanted to know why the variability factor is different for Sunrise panel compared to JA solar and Renewsys. Also what factors affect the variability factor
