PVsyst v6: Remove Redundant Parameter Inputs Across Screens esp. for Bifacial

It is unclear to me why there needs to be multiple redundant buttons and input fields for the same parameters across different screens in PVsyst, e.g., pitch, collector width, backtracking Boolean, etc., namely, in both the Bifacial System Definition screen and also the Orientation screen, e.g., when would you want these parameters to differ from one another across screens? Thanks.

I agree, it is very labourious and confusing. Struggling for days to make heads or tails of the design tool. Coming from a Helio background its seems very un-userfriendly

Thanks for the feedback. We have a ticket to improve this in version 8. Indeed, the bifacial model window was initially aimed at experimenting with parameters, but it is quite confusing when designing projects.
