Display problem

I have a display problem after installing PVSyst7.

All characters and lines are blurred.

Hello,

We have identified the cause of the issue, it’s related to a recent Windows update,

Could you please check on your computer if you have installed the below Windows update and if so please remove it.

Unfortunately Microsoft does not give accurate information about the impact of this update. The only solution for now is to remove it to fix the 3D issue.

Hello, I'm having the same issues.

I´ve checked the updates and I don't have the one you mentioned (KB4497165) installed, however i'm encountering the same issue on the shading scene construction window...

Hi,

In order to fix the blur, you'll need to activate the anti-aliasing rendering option. Also remember to update your PVsyst to the latest version.
