Error reading when creating new PAN file

Dear all,

I have encountered a bit wired error and I need your kind suggestions or solutions.

I tried to build up a new pan file for a module model, which doesn't exist in my PVsyst 6.8.3; however, i always got the same error even if i tried different ways to create my pan file. Please have a look of the error below:

File "P660_270Wp.PAN" :

Error while reading {1}: Actual position = 343 / size = 468

the file is probably corruted.

Do you want to invalidate it?

Please give me some tips over it, thanks for help!
