Templates for standard project and system parameters

I create requests for proposals (RFPs) for others to propose PV plants- either design/build of a specific site location or turn-key project acquisitions that could be located anywhere. As part of these RFPs, we typically request that the proposers submit PVsyst models for their proposed plants in accordance with a set of standard modeling parameters/assumptions. These standard parameters are currently communicated as lengthy tables of text in our RFP documents, which proposers then read and manually adjust their models to comply with.

Is there a better way to communicate these standard parameters... like a PVsyst-readable template file that we could supply instead?
