tgriff617 Posted October 16, 2018 Posted October 16, 2018 I have not been able to export projects correctly for more than 6 months now. I hoped this would be fixed, but multiple updates have now been installed with no change. When we export projects PVsyst creates a compressed folder like normal (.zip), but then when you look at the file it is empty. If you unzip the file, you get a folder that is filled with folders that are named the same as the project files that should be there instead. Those folders are also empty. Is this issue being experienced by anyone else? All of the machines we have PVsyst installed on are experiencing the same issue. (Windows 10)Below is a screenshot showing the resulting unzipped folder containing more folders instead of the project files.. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated! Manually collecting the files from the folder directory is very time consuming.
André Mermoud Posted October 17, 2018 Posted October 17, 2018 I don't know. Nobody has never reported such a problem. The export of projects works quite well, using "Files > Export projects" in the main menu. Please contact support@pvsyst.com and explain exactly what you are doing.
tgriff617 Posted October 18, 2018 Author Posted October 18, 2018 Okay, thanks for looking into it. We'll do some troubleshooting on our end and will report back if we resolve the issue.
