Is is possible to draw 3d scenes in the near shading tools of polygonal PV planes with tracking?

No sorry, this is not possible in the present time. In PVsyst, all the trackers are rectangular.

Also, Filling table zones with tracking PV modules instead of fixed ones would be very helpful when drawing solar plants that don't have a rectangular shape, which could be the case quite often.
