How to solve unreadable component files?

Hi,

I have a problem importing .PAN and .OND files from the manufacturer.

The error message as per attached file :arrow: .

It said that the file created using PVsyst version 0.00. and it is not readable in version 6.39.

Please help.

The only way is to update your PVsyst to a newer version.

Or ask the provider to create the file with the option "compatibility with old versions".
