Inverter Clipping Losses

How are clipping losses calculated in PVsyst?

Let's say the nominal and maximum power in your OND file is 3125kW. At a particular hour, the power available at the output of the inverter = 3115 kW and the clipping loss = 9.25 kW. The sum of these equals 3124.25 which is less than the nominal power of the inverter. Why is this specific hour being clipped by PVsyst?

What is the inverter?

It's a 1500V central inverter.

Without knowing the model and seeing the data it could be temperature derating if it's like a PE 1500V. If greater than 25C your nameplate changes.

I also have interest to Know either "Inverter Loss over nominal inverter power" and "Clipping loss" are same or different.

If both are same or different ,Please clarify both.
