Recording animation as a video file.

Save shadings animation.

The feature "Save shadings animation" is not working. The MP4 file is never recorded at the end of the animation.

Any help?

I have just installed the latest program update (Nov 2017) However, I continue to face the same problem of saving the shadings animation as an .mp4 file. Can anyone help please? Thanks

Even after upgrading to the latest version 6.75, I continue to face the problem of being unable to record the Shading animations. The .mp4 file never gets recorded. The operating System in my laptop is Windows 10.

Can PVSysts experts please advise?

I recorded a video successfully in 6.7.3, large resolution, 3 sec. duration. Running windows 7. It may be an issue with your machine.

Have you updated the version or reinstalled the program? Most problems could be solved through these two methods. If something just went wrong, maybe you could give another third-party video recorder like OBS, Filmora Scrn, Joyoshare Screen Recorder a shot to save your time. They are reputable as well as safe and secure.
