Date Time display incorrect after windows update

Recently PVsyst stopped displaying dates and times correctly. For example

 

This seem to happen after a recent windows 10 update. This problems exists in 6.6x as well as 6.5x versions I have installed on my computer.

Is there a fix for this that I can implement?

I have never seen that, and I can't reproduce it.

This may indeed be related to a Windows setting (in "Internationalization"?) .

- Does this arise with all projects ?

- Does the date appear correctly in other dialogs (for example in "Tools > Meteo Tables and Graphs", box "Dates") ?
