mborunda
When I get the report it comes out with some problems in its format :- there is an overlapp in some of the words- at the end of the page there is text that goes out of the margin (like System loss factors, etc)This makes that the report comes out with some parts which are incomplete and/or not readable. How can I fix the problem? Thanks a lot! André Mermoud
This arises sometimes and we don't understand exactly why. This is related to the font size you are using in your Windows installation. Choosing "Small fonts" should in principle solve the problem. But not in any case. If so, please contact us. pedroreisneto
Hi Andre,I have the same problem. The windows definitions have been the same and I only started having this problem a few weeks ago.I have to present this output to the client and it is not very professional to do so with some of the values not showing.Regards,Pedro
pedroreisneto
Found a solution.Go to "Control Panel", then "Display" and put the size as medium. I had it in small and after I put it in Medium the reports where ok.Regards,Pedro
