*h2p-file import for southern hemisphere

For *h2p-file imports for PV plants in the southern hemisphere in "near shadings" the module tables are placed irregular and overlapping each other, and alternately aligned to south and north.

This depends on which version of PVsyst you are using.

The angle definitions of Helios3D for southern hemisphere are a little bit strange and not usual.

I have updated the program PVsyst for the version 5.58, using specific file samples provided by Helios3D.

Please send me your files if they don't work well with the latest version of PVsyst.
